Frome Birth Talk: Who We Are & What We Do

Established in 2017, Frome Birth Talk is a registered charity (No. 1175641) dedicated to supporting the mental health of pregnant and new parents. As a not-for-profit organisation, we provide the only free and low-cost counselling service of its kind in the Frome area, ensuring parents can access professional support when they need it most, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Alongside counselling, we run several weekly drop-in support groups for parents-to-be, parents with new babies and families with pre-school aged children, creating welcoming spaces where parents can connect, share experiences and feel supported.
Our Vision
As a registered charity, we envision better mental health for everyone throughout pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
Our Mission
