Maternally Fit - with Physiotherapist Kate Leggett
Join Kate from Maternally Fit for her free online class on the 25th of January. The class is an introduction to the Maternally Fit method and is suitable for all ability levels.
Maternally Fit classes are appropriate for both the novice and experienced exerciser. Classes include both cardio-vascular fitness and strength training. The pregnancy classes are based around the use of a gym ball and hand weights and the post-natal classes utilise a resistance band to begin gentle toning, so please have these nearby if you have them (if not, we can improvise).
Classes have a particular focus on core stability and pelvic floor training.
