Frome Birth Talk is a registered charity: number 1175641
We offer free, professional counselling in Frome and the surrounding areas.
You can self-refer for our counselling service if you:
- Live in Frome, or in the surrounding areas (generally, if Frome Birthing Centre is a realistic birth place for you then this is a surrounding area)
And:
- You are pregnant
- You/your partner has had a baby within the last two years
- You/your partner has lost a baby within the last two years

We have 11 counsellors working for us. Some are in training, others are fully qualified. You can read more about our counsellors here.
We offer sessions in person (in Frome) or via Zoom or telephone.
Our waiting lists are usually very short, with an average of 2-3 weeks.
We work with each client to find a time which suits them, and their family life.
